Additional Information

• When booking, please send a copy of your passport or ID for all passengers
• Arrive 20 minutes before your flight for check-in
• If you arrive late, you will lose the flight and no refunds will be given

• Flight cancellation can occur up to 48 hours prior without charge; cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% penalty
• Comfortable clothing is recommended for the flight

Operating Schedule

• Flight time will be confirmed the day before the flight
• If a change is needed, flight dates may be adjusted based on demand

Refund and Policy Information

• If the helicopter cannot make the scheduled flight, you may request a refund or change the flight date
• If the route changes and the flight cost is lower, a refund will be issued for the difference
• Refunds are processed via the original payment method and can take 10 to 15 business days
• Helicóptero Barcelona is not responsible for the processing time of refunds
