Pickup and drop-off location. It’s also important that you indicate whether the flight is one-way or includes a round-trip.
Number of passengers with approximate weight. It’s important to have the weights in mind to avoid exceeding the maximum authorized weight.
Name and contact information.
Once we receive the form, we can begin arranging availability for the requested date and the most suitable helipads for your trip.
The maximum occupancy of our helicopters is 6 passengers. If the number of passengers is higher, it is possible to travel in more than one helicopter.
Suitcases and hand luggage are also permitted, but always within the maximum weight limits.
In the event that the weather forecast is not optimal, the Prime Rental Group team will contact passengers as soon as possible to determine an alternative date.
Traveling with pets is permitted, provided they comply with the company’s operating manual.
The cost of the flight depends on the number of passengers, luggage and the flight distance.
